E-COMMERCE MANAGEMENT
You will work with our in-house e-commerce store developer, who will help you craft a visual layout and user experience that suits your brand. They will build and maintain your store, updating the visual elements when needed to promote sales, seasonal updates, new products, and more. They will make sure all newly developed products are posted, highly visible and easily accessible, as well as ensuring that all member interactions with the store are hassle-free and that user engagement is high, prompting first-time customers to become brand-loyal consumers.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
With your personal product developer, you have someone who is focused on providing exciting, quality products on a regular and consistent basis. They will create new designs every week, and if you need to launch a new line they will design whatever you need in a timeframe that works for you.
MARKETING
A good marketing campaign can make or break a product launch, so we’ll assign an experienced marketing rep to handle every aspect of putting eyes on your store. From social media, to email, physical flyers and print ads, they will provide high quality, engaging visual content that will spark interest and entice potential customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE
When a customer has a question or needs assistance, it’s important for them to know there is someone to help just a phone call (or email) away. We will staff both a dedicated phone line and email inbox, making sure your customers receive a response within 24 hours of reaching out.
FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
We fulfill all orders in-house, making sure they are packaged perfectly and shipped on time to arrive at their destination free of damages.
